Have you ever had trouble getting up in the morning? Do you find yourself jolting upright as soon as your alarm switches on? Do you often feel tired instead of feel refreshed?

It’s so much an effort for me to get up in the morning. I almost always have to literally drag my feet as I prepare for my day at 6AM. I know I had a good night’s sleep but once I wake up, it feels like I barely slept at all.

I came across the Sleeptracker Elite Watch one day and it changed my life. Well, at least my sleeping and waking life. It’s not just your ordinary watch or alarm clock at all. There’s more to this watch than you could imagine.

Sleeptracker Elite Watch tracks your sleeping cycle and wakes you up at the just at the right time. That right timing of waking up is what everybody needs to start the day feeling refreshed instead of feeling groggy.

How Sleeptracker works?

You go to bed wearing the watch.

You need to set the watch at that time when you are about to sleep so the watch knows your sleeping time. Then you set your normal wake up time, with 5-10 minutes of snooze time in mind.

Sleeptracker will monitor your sleeping cycle through body signals detected by the watch. Every person has different sleeping habits and pattern, but an average adult will experience at least 4-5 sleep cycles over an 8-hour period while each cycle consists of 5 different stages.

Sleeptracker will record these cycles/stages and will also take note of your stages where you are awake. “Awake” moments are those moments where you  move or fidget because of an unexpected noise during the your sleep cycle, but quickly drifted back to sleep. You can also call these moments the restless moments.

The more “awake” or restless moments you have, the less restful your sleep is.

Because Sleeptracker tracks down your normal sleep cycles, it knows your best sleep cycles. With that in its record, it knows when you are most “awake” or most “alert,”  and gradually wakes you up in that opportune time, thereby waking you feeling refreshed.

These data are all recorded by the watch which you can review later by downloading the information using the USB cable that comes with it. The watch has a nice vibrating feature that won’t startle you from sleep as it triggers the alarm.

Does it really work? My Verdict

After trying on Sleeptracker for a  month, I was able to see that there were a lot of nights that I had a lot of “almost awake” moments, which led me to conclude that I was therefore not getting quality sleep at all. No surprise there considering I always feel a little groggy.

Knowing that, I now understand that it’s not really the quantity of my sleep time but quality that makes me feel fully ready the next morning. With that said, I figured I had to find a way to make some changes with my sleeping habits.

I’m not using the device anymore because my sleeping and waking are all good now. My changed sleeping habits were all because of what I learned from using the Sleeptracker Elite Watch.

Sleeptracker does not solve sleep-related disorders such as sleep apnea, nor does it directly improve the quality of one’s sleep. It can however, help you get an idea of how your sleep cycle goes which can ultimately lead you to a restful goodnight sleep.
